The stay was great and we truly enjoyed it; the service was excellent without any complaints.

Particularly good location in London area was a plus. I had well priced, neat room with comfortable extra large king-sized bed-jacuzzi as well as a fridge and microwave. The personnel was really helpful.

The location of this place is really convenient for shopping, as it is close to shopping areas, the airport, and many restaurants nearby. Plus, it's just a kilometer away from Argyle Mall.

The decor was a little outdated but the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

I was able to check in quickly with minimal fuss late at night. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet and comforable room at a great price.

Smell of tobacco and cleaning fluids kept me up all night. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked and broken. Rates were jacked up for World Figure Skating competitions. I paid less at the Marriott a week prior!

My room was nice with a jacuzzi and microwave, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, plus the location was great!

We liked that breakfast was included. The jacuzzi room was amazing! Condoms were included...haha It was very quiet.

bunch of drunk kids came in on our second of three nights and were really roudy celebrating a birthday. they were sick beside our car which was not nice to wake up to the painting of murels on two walls is very old and outdated, plain and clean would be better

The carpets hadn't been vacuumed, the table pedestal was broken and the table had to be leaned against the window ledge to keep it upright. The water pipes in the walls made extremely loud banging noises constantly. Each time someone in any room diown the west side of the building turned on a tap, showered or flushed, the water pipes made a dreadful sound. This noise was continual every few minutes throughout the late afternoon when I arrived, and evening until around 1 am when many had gone to bed, and started again around 6:30 am when people began to get up. I used earplugs to help me sleep, which did make a difference. Had I not unpacked everything after arriving at the room at 5 pm, I'd have asked for another room after a couple of hours of this annoyance. Everyone else also had to put up with this loud, unessessary nuisance.
